At Saucy’s Pizzeria, we’re proud to say that we’re not your average slice shop. For years, locals have flocked to our family-run pizzeria for cheesy pies, hearty sandwiches, hot wings, and toasted ravioli - all served with a warm smile. Tom and Shannon opened Saucy’s in 2013, bringing 40 years of combined pizzeria experience to Jefferson County. Our menu has grown along with our passion for amazing food, but we’ll never stop doing things the right way. Every morning, we make our signature tomato sauce from scratch. Outside of working hours, we’re constantly thinking of new ways to give back to the community. You are always welcome to our restaurant in Hillsboro.
